Please join us for a short preview of the Move with Ease program. This program uses simple seated and floor stretches, calming positions, and other easy techniques to help your body relax and lower stress. We’ll practice a few of these strategies together and talk about what you can learn in the full 6-week program. It’s a great way to feel better and learn how to take care of your body and mind!

Trudy McManus is the County Extension Agent for the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS), which is part of the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture's Cooperative Extension Service. This is all part of the land-grant system that focuses on the human dimensions of food and agriculture.
