About this Event
L&D is facing more challenges than ever before: training multigenerational teams who are often geographically dispersed; ensuring training is more inclusive and adapting to reflect flexible working and neurodiverse audiences; trying to keep up with AI and the TikTok generation. And that’s before we add in the very real pressure of having to deliver tangible results in shorter timescales as budgets are being squeezed and teams are shrinking.
So what can we do?
New challenges require new thinking. New solutions.
We no longer have time to take the ‘tried and tested’ traditional approach to developing workforces. The training cycle takes too long. Qualifications are outdated before you even sit the exam. It’s time to think differently.
Sheridan Webb, community manager at the Training Designer’s Club, will help us to discover ways that we can develop great people even people when timescales are short, budgets are small and support is thin on the ground.
