✨?Navigating Self Love and Grief on September 21st 12-5pm at Beyond The Gate with Corrine Pelland ?It's not our fault that in our society it's a common practice that we are not taught how to obtain Self Love but it is our duty to find it for ourselves. Easier said then done for sure but with the help and support of Community I believe anything is possible!
?Join me in a Sacred container for a Community Grief Ritual that is a structured, supportive gathering where individuals come together focused on doing that deep inner work of learning to Love ourselves despite carrying Grief with us.
?The ritual typically involves a combination of reflective activities, communal sharing, rituals, activities and healing practices that honors both the pain of loss and the power of self-compassion, offering a safe space for collective healing.
?Utilizing Storytelling, Personal reflection, Affirmations, Movement, Creative Acts, Ceremony, Guided Meditation and Somatics Practices we invite ourselves to unravel and be held by a Certified Death Doula and fellow participants. Giving way to transformation of whatever holds you back from loving yourself both Completely and Fully!
