This is the ultimate class for expecting parents, brought to you by Sand + Sage Postpartum Care and Nourishing Us. Participants will gain education on what to expect from the postpartum period and also how to confidently feed your newborn.

POSTPARTUM WORKSHOP $85 (9:00 - 11:00 A.M.)
In the postpartum workshop you will learn about your changing brain, body, and hormones, and how you can set yourself up for success in the postpartum period. We will cover everything from how to create your own postpartum plan, how partners can best support new mothers, and how to create the village that you deserve. Attendance includes a postpartum guide and workbook ($37 value) and lunch.
BREASTFEEDING 101 $55 (11:30 - 1:30 P.M.)
This in-person class will grow your confidence in feeding your new baby and ensure you have the tools for a comfortable, healthy, stress-free start your breastfeeding relationship. By the end of class you'll feel empowered and confident about feeding your new baby and will have so many great tools in your newborn baby feeding skills toolbox!
You are encouraged to stay for lunch, meet other expecting parents, and attend both classes. A savings of $10 will be applied when you sign up for both classes and lunch. However, you may attend one class only. Just specify at checkout which class you will be attending!
