About this Event

Open to women only

Join us for a welcoming and creative evening designed for women who identify as neurodivergent. Whether you are self-diagnosed or have received a formal diagnosis, you are warmly welcome.

During this session, we'll have an open conversation about the experiences of being a neurodivergent woman. Together, we'll explore identity, womanhood and neurodivergence through discussion, art and reflection in a supportive and inclusive space.

What to expect:

  • Discussion: We'll begin with a relaxed group discussion about being neurodivergent. Thought-provoking prompts will be provided to encourage reflection and conversation about your own experiences.
  • Painting session: Express yourself through a guided painting activity inspired by identity, self-expression and lived experiences. No painting experience is needed, all materials and optional prompts will be provided.
  • Reflection and sharing: If you'd like, you'll have the opportunity to share your artwork and talk about what inspired your piece. There is absolutely no pressure to share, you're welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable.
  • Complimentary tea will be provided before moving into the creative session.

Come along to paint, unwind and enjoy a relaxing evening with like-minded women.

About the facilitator

Hi, I'm Grace! I run Neurodivergent Social Club London, a Meetup community that brings neurodivergent people together to reduce isolation, build meaningful friendships, and create a sense of belonging. I've been hosting events for over two years and have found a real passion for creating supportive spaces where people can connect and be themselves.

I'm also an autistic content creator and entrepreneur, and I'm passionate about raising awareness of neurodiversity while building an inclusive community. Feel free to connect with me or learn more using the links below.

About The Bridge

The Bridge is a women’s health and wellbeing charity based in Southwark working to create inclusive and welcoming spaces for women of all identities to connect and thrive for over 90 years. We believe in a fairer society where women’s voices are heard and their health and wellbeing are valued and respected. Through our women-only gym, community café, wellbeing programmes and support groups, we help women care for themselves, support one another and challenge injustices together.

How to contribute

At The Bridge, we’re all about working together and building meaningful partnerships with the women in our community. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and that means everyone has a role in shaping our work—because The Bridge belongs to all of us. We celebrate each person’s unique strengths and contributions, creating opportunities for everyone to get involved in a way that feels right for them.

Whether you give your time, skills, or financial support, every contribution means we’re working together to make The Bridge the space we want it to be.

One way to support our work is through our pay-what-you-can model, which ensures that our activities and events are accessible to all while allowing space for contributions to go towards helping us sustain what we do. Whatever you choose to give, it all makes a difference.

Want to get involved and contribute in other ways? We’d love to hear from you!
