Join us for Navigating Imposter Syndrome: Kick It to the Curb, a supportive, judgment-free workshop designed to help you identify triggers and overcome Imposter Syndrome. This workshop includes a printed workbook.
Through reflection, guided activities, and practical strategies drawn from the Navigating Imposter Syndrome workbook, we’ll explore:

✨ How chronic illness, disabilities and neurodivergence
contributes to Imposter Syndrome.
✨ How toxic workplaces feed Imposter Syndrome.
✨ Strategies for challenging triggers.
✨ How to build a supportive network that lifts you up.
✨ Creating a personal plan to kick imposter syndrome to the
curb.
Workshop cost is $33 (Includes a printed workbook).
Cancel Policy: If you cancel with less than 1 week's notice, the cost of the workbook will not be refunded ($13) unless someone fills the spot. This is because they will be printed based on registration.
