Navigating datasets in interdisciplinary research
About this Event
This upcoming workshop, delivered by Dr Joe Langley, Director of Lab4Living from Sheffield Hallam University, explores the practical challenges of working across disciplinary data cultures. Participants will learn through creative hands-on exercise to develop strategies for identifying complementary datasets and communicating complex datasets and findings. Dr Langley is a design engineer in healthcare innovation, conributing to Academic Health Science Networks and NIHR ARCs, etc. Lab4Living is a design-led interdisciplinary research group working collaboratively across design, healthcare, and creative practices to address real-lifeworld issues that impact on health and wellbeing.
