Susan Ebel is a certified HR Specialist (SHRM-CP, PHRca) with a strong track record of building and scaling HR functions. She launched her career at a Kansas City-based small business with operations in 17 states. There, she built an HR department from the ground up and supported growth from 50 to 150 employees. Her work included compliance initiatives, creative talent acquisition strategies, and leadership development programs.
At Insperity, Susan partners with small to mid-sized businesses to align HR strategy with business goals, culture, and growth. She's a recipient of the Playmaker Award and a company-wide MVP nominee, recognized for her ability to drive meaningful impact through strategic partnerships.
Susan also serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, where she champions growth opportunities for emerging HR professionals.
