Navigating ADHD: A Supportive Workshop for Parents Dublin
About this Event
Navigating ADHD: A Supportive Workshop for Parents (Dublin)
Parent Workshop Overview
Whether your child has a formal ADHD diagnosis, you’re on a waiting list, or you’re simply beginning to wonder if ADHD might be part of your child’s story, you are very welcome here.
Understanding your child’s behaviour and needs can bring a mix of emotions from relief and curiosity to confusion and worry, along with many questions about what comes next. This supportive, in-person workshop is designed to help you make sense of that journey in a calm, understanding space.
Led by trained and certified Family ADHD Coaches, the session will guide you through the early steps of navigating ADHD. You will gain a clearer understanding of your child’s unique brain, behaviour, and needs, whether diagnosed or not.
We’ll explore practical, real-life strategies to support emotional regulation, daily routines, school challenges, and family life, all without blame, shame, or overwhelm.
Just as importantly, this workshop offers connection. You will meet other parents who understand, share experiences, ask questions, and feel heard in a safe and compassionate environment.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Together, we pause, breathe, learn, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.
