Navapallava – Annual Bharatanatyam ShowcaseNavapallava—meaning “new leaf”—marks the annual Bharatanatyam presentation of the students of Arthy Ahmed Dance Academy. This year’s showcase is especially meaningful as it brings together performers from across our journey: from dedicated adult beginners to our enthusiastic young dancers.
This performance serves as a collective reflection—an artistic report of growth, discipline, and transformation. From last November to this November, each student has blossomed through practice, patience, and passion. The stage becomes a space to honour their progress: every adavu refined, every rhythm understood more deeply, every expression strengthened through experience.
Navapallava is not a competition, but a celebration of consistency, courage, and commitment to learning—proving that dance flourishes at every age, and every step forward is a victory.
