Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa: Introduction Workshop
About this Event
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa: Introduction Workshop
Discover Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa, a dynamic yoga method where movement, breath and rhythm come together through structured movement series.
This 2-hour workshop is designed as an introduction to the method and is suitable for practitioners with a regular yoga practice who are curious to explore a different approach to movement.
We will begin by exploring the foundations of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa, including its principles, breathing coordination and the role of rhythm within the practice.
The second part of the workshop will be dedicated to a complete guided practice of the Aśva (Horse) Series, allowing you to experience the method as a continuous moving meditation. This series engages the entire body with a focus on the lower body, developing flexibility, strength, stability and control in the feet, legs and hip complex.
What to expect:
• Introduction to Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa
• Breath and rhythm coordination
• Practical guidance for approaching the practice
• Complete guided Aśva (Horse) Series
