JOIN OUR SCUBA CLUB COZUMEL TRIP & ENJOY DEEP DISCOUNTS ON OUR NAUI NITROX DIVER COURSE!!During this course, you will learn how to choose the proper blend of Nitrox for your dive profile, determine maximum depth limits for your Nitrox mixture, analyze your breathing mixture, and plan and safely execute each dive. Your instructor will teach you about the physiology of oxygen and nitrogen; advantages, disadvantages, and risks of nitrox; oxygen toxicity; hazards and precautions of handling oxygen; the concept of Equivalent Air Depth; use of EANx with standard Air Dive Tables; common gas mixing procedures; and more.
After your exam, you can qualify for the Nitrox recognition card or go ahead and complete two dives to receive your Nitrox Diver certification card.
Course Requirements:
- Completion of eLearning online prior to the in-person class session
- One classroom session with the instructor
- Two open water divers to complete obtain Nitrox Diver Certification Card
The minimum age for participation is 10 years (Junior EANx certification) or 15 years (EANx certification).
Divers must be in good physical condition to enroll in a NAUI Enriched Air Nitrox Diver course. Participants may be enrolled in a NAUI Scuba Diver Course or must be certified as a NAUI Scuba Diver or equivalent.

All students need their own eLearning account. Additional fees for eLearning apply ($99). eLearning fees will be billed upon enrollment with the course fee.
If you do not have your own gear, your instructor will assist you in choosing the proper gear for your training and future diving adventures during your class session. You will earn 5% cash back credit on account (DG Doubloons Loyalty Program) with each course, gear, rental, and service purchase made at Dive & Glide Scuba!
ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. SPACE IS LIMITED.
Medical forms and waivers must be completed prior to participation. Based on the answers you provide on your medical information form, you may be required to obtain physician approval to dive.
