Nature Wellbeing: Forest Bathing and Xmas Decoration Making!

Come join us for a day of relaxation and creativity at Rushcliffe Country Park! Immerse yourself in the calming practice of forest bathing as you connect with nature and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Afterward, get into the festive spirit by crafting your own Christmas decorations using natural materials found in the woods. I will demonstrate a few different methods, including sawing and painting your own wood cookie decoration to hang on your Christmas tree! It's the perfect way to unwind and get ready for the holiday season!

The event takes place in our own private woodlands. The event will take place entirely outdoors, so make sure you wrap up!

There will be a warm cup of freshly foraged Christmas tea to serve at the end.
