Nature Walk at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts

Breathe fresh air and burn a few calories on the day after Thanksgiving with a volunteer led modest paced, nature walk along the Wolf Trap Trail -approximately 2.5 miles of easy to varied difficulty. Enjoy the fall foliage, sounds of birds and all of nature's bounty as we walk along the woodland trails and around the pond on this 90 minute walk. The trail has elevation changes and some parts of the Trail are a little steep and rocky. Trails can be slippery. Wear appropriate clothing suitable for the weather and trail conditions. Wear appropriate footwear due to the terrain. Bring your own water. Restrooms are open.

Park in the circle in front of the Box Office. Meet at the Ranger Office to the left of the Filene Center Box Office. Hike starts at10am so don't be late.

Space is very limited and reservations are required. This is a free event but we ask that you please only sign up if you are 100% sure you will be joining us. Please notify of any cancellations 48 hours in advance as we will have a wait list.

Tickets are limited to (4) adults or children over the age of 12. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Please follow current CSC guidance including federal, state and local mask guidance to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Attendees must self-certify that they do not have symptoms, have not been recently diagnosed with or had direct contact with a known or suspected COVID-19 case and will comply with the event's safety policies and procedures including physical distancing and other requirements.
