Thursday Nature Walk & Reflection Program
Join us for a peaceful outdoor experience that begins with a leisure walk—approximately 1.5 miles—through beautiful natural settings. Stroll with the group or walk at your own pace. After the walk, you're invited to enjoy optional quiet reflection, with time to journal, read, meditate, or simply unwind in nature.
Don't forget to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly for an optimal outdoor experience!
- First Thursday of the month: Hammel Woods, Shorewood (10:00-11:30 AM) Smooth, paved terrain
- Second Thursday of the month: Turtle Lake, Plainfield (10:00-11:30 AM) Smooth, paved terrain
