Guided by volunteers from Fleet Feet Des Moines and Capital Striders , this free weekly running series invites runners of all ages and skill levels to explore nature trails in Des Moines.🌳Guided runs begin at 6 p.m. and vary in distance from two to six miles in Des Moines and Polk County Conservation parks/trails.
