Nature therapy gathering -Saxe Point

Nature therapy focuses on connecting with the natural world, connecting your Self to Nature to promote healing and wellness. We will work on breath, on movement, and on regulation to increase connection with yourself. The gathering will be led by Keegan, a registered clinical counsellor, and Jess, a holistic nutritionist.
