🌿 Nature School for Grownups – Spring Journey

A playful, hands-on outdoor experience designed to help you reconnect with nature, learn practical skills, and enjoy being outside in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This series offers a gentle but meaningful introduction to spring foraging — learning to recognise, harvest, and work with seasonal plants in a way that is both practical and experiential.

What you'll learn

Across the journey, you’ll:

• Learn to identify and work with wild spring plants
• Explore simple foraging and bushcraft skills
• Take part in games, sensory activities, and creative exercises
• Spend time connecting with nature and others in a low-pressure, inclusive setting

Each session builds on the last, allowing you to develop confidence over time while deepening your relationship with the natural world.

🌱 By the end, you’ll leave with:

• A foundational understanding of several useful spring plants
• Hands-on experience preparing and working with them
• A personal journal to track your learning
• A renewed sense of connection — to nature, and to yourself

No prior experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to be outdoors 🌿
