This session is included in our in person monthly membership plans or class bundles. You can also pay as you go.
The session will consist of either a walking, standing or sitting meditation outdoors. We meet at the centre and walk to the nearby green area.
If there are extreme weather conditions, the session will take place in the centre. A bit of rain? Bring your umbrella! There is still something magical about being outdoors when it is raining.
Please dress for the British weather and bring plenty of water and suitable footwear.
