Nature Lecture Series: The History of Circle B Bar Reserve

Eager to learn more about the world around you? Then join us at Polk's Nature Discovery Center as we start our 2024-2025 Nature Lecture Series!

From October 2024, through May 2025, Polk's Nature Discovery Center will be hosting a different lecture each month; highlighting an aspect of the natural world.

For the month of October, join us as Jeff Spence (former Director of Polk County's Parks & Natural Resources) recounts the story of how Circle B Bar Reserve came to be and the restoration process that took place.

This is presentation will be held in Polk's Nature Discovery Center's Workshop from 5:30pm-6:30pm with time for questions and answers to follow.
