Nature Lecture Series: Reimagining Florida's Wonderland

For the month of January, we will take a behind-the-scenes look at Into Nature Films, with biologist and wildlife filmmaker, Jennifer Brown. Join us as she shares her16 years of filmmaking experience and talks about the people and wildlife she has encountered along the way.

This is presentation will be held in Polk's Nature Discovery Center's Workshop from 6:00pm-6:45pm with time for questions and answers to follow. Clips from some of her early films in the Everglades National Park, as well as clips from her other projects throughout Florida (including the Lake Wales Ridge) will also be shown and discussed. So come learn about Into Nature Films and how they shed light on the people, places, and species in Florida that are often overlooked!

Who should sign up for this? For learners of all ages.

Tickets & Sign-Ups: Tickets are not required, but recommended. Signing up will allow us to know the number of participants planning to attend. If spots are available on the day of the event, spots may be open for other visitors.

1 ticket is needed per person. 1 ticket = 1 person
