Come join Naturalist Maria in nature journaling! Similar to professional field notebooks that biologists, scientists, botanists, birders etc. use when out in the field or on an adventure, nature journaling takes the hobby of observation to a creative level. There will be a short guided walk around the grounds to observe and take notes on what we see, then once we are done, we will head back to the Education Cottage and bust out the art supplies! No artistic experience required, just your imagination and observation skills. We will provide small sketchbooks and supplies for this program.
