We are going to get up close and personal with some Chihuahuan Desert native animals at the Las Cruces Museum of Nature Science and add them to our nature journals. We'll have access to the animals on display in the main gallery and staff will also bring some in aquariums for us to view in the classroom. Museum admission is free and they are excited for us to come get to know their many animals, like Taco the chuckwalla!
