Kick back and enjoy cool music, warm food, friendly people, and the beautiful outdoors during this community event for all ages.
From 1:00-3:00 pm:
- Meet one of Mass Audubon’s wildlife ambassador animals
- Take part in a nature scavenger hunt to get to know common trees around the park
- Observe early spring migratory birds using a pair of our binoculars or bring your own!
- Learn about opportunities to get involved with climate action in your community
- Discover upcycled fashion from Ninawa Zero Waste
- Indulge your taste buds with food from Samosa Man
Then, from 3:00-5:00 pm, relax and enjoy groovy music from local multi-ethnic fusion band Saklamara.
Fees: Free for all attendees, no registration required.
Location: Magazine Beach Park, 668 Memorial Drive, Cambridge MA
Instructions: Parking is available but limited, so please avoid driving if possible. Bringing your own picnic blanket or chair is encouraged.
