Hey everyone!Thank you for your continued interest in Reiki With Love LLC's outdoor adventures. It's time to slip away from the modern world & find serenity amongst the elements! This month we're going to the Silver Comet Trail!!! We'll be getting on the bike saddle & riding with the wind, so get ready to roll!!! Expect a short (considering how long the trail is) bike ride along the beautiful & relatively flat Silver Comet Trail. We'll start with our meditation and leave you with reminders to remain observant as we ride. We'll be riding in several groups, each at a different pace until we reach our turn around point. Where we'll spend some time to refresh before our trek back.
There are restrooms!
There are water fountains!
Keep in mind; these events are rain or shine, (with the exception of natural disasters) we'll be enjoying whatever weather Mother Nature has in store for us.
*In the event of a "natural disaster", we'll reschedule for Sunday the 29th of August.*

August's Adventure:
We'll be getting away from the city & dancing in the wind this time; we're goin for a ride on the Silver Comet Trail! We'll be gliding along on bicycles though moving a little faster won't stop us from finding a deep connection to NATURE. Our adventure this month is LaShorn's favorite place to bike ride and it's just outside of "Metro-Atlanta"!

RWL Adventure Information:
Our nature adventures will (mainly) be in varying parks around the greater Atlanta Metro area. Each trip will be a combination of different routes & difficulty levels in an attempt to find the deepest connection with nature possible; be sure to check the provided links for general & specific trail information before departing.
Consider these hikes as more of a saunter through the hills & forests. To that end, our entire journey will be a type of meditation and along the way we will be making frequent stops to appreciate our surroundings and may even include meditations, sound baths or yoga.
Be prepared! Pack water, snacks or a mobile meal, and whatever else is appropriate for the respective adventure. Children are always welcome as long as they are able! Or you can backpack them! :-)
