Join us for a restorative morning of connection, creation, and calm in nature.
This Nature Gathering blends grounding, sensory exploration, and ritual as we slow down and reconnect with the earth — and ourselves.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding and breathwork before taking a mindful walk through the park, witnessing the changing season of fall — nature’s invitation to slow down and prepare for winter’s rest. Together, we’ll awaken our senses to the colors, sounds, and scents around us while learning about the healing benefits of herbs and how they support emotional and physical well-being.

After our walk, we’ll gather to create a personalized tea blend — crafted just for you — and close our journey with a community tea ceremony, sharing warmth, presence, and reflection together.
