The Amersham Nature Champions project aims to increase engagement with the natural world for members of the Amersham community, by providing fun and educational sessions based at Amersham Field Centre, Mop End.
Working in conjunction with Wild Amersham and Sustainable Amersham, sessions will get people outside, being physically active and learning more about the wildlife and ecosystems found around Amersham, and, what can be done to increase biodiversity in their local area.
This event is for families and includes fun activities which will help you learn more about nature in Amersham. Join in with sensory and exploratory activities, minibeast hunts, conservation activities, creating habitats, crafts, pond dipping and more. You can drop in or stay for the day.
This event is for residents of the Amersham Community Board area (Amersham, Chesham Bois, Little Chalfont and Coleshill).
