Nature Based Memory Café

Join the Heritage Center for a monthly gathering space for individuals with dementia, their families and caregivers. Our memory café offers a relaxed space for social interaction, support, and fun through nature based activities. Each month will feature seasonally themed activities, social time, warm beverages, puzzles and crafts.
This month’s theme is “Cozy Campfire!” This month will feature social time and warm beverages, a meet and greet with our corn snake noodle, a craft, and an outside campfire with smores (weather permitting).
Age: Adult
Cost: $0
Registration requested to provide adequate supplies, drop ins welcome.
