Órlaigh Sally is a mother of six, teacher, organic gardener and beekeeper. She gardens organically and grows a variety of perennial and annual vegetables, herbs and flowers. She is a hands on gardener and a committed plantaholic. Órlaigh facilitates workshops and courses in a variety of disciplines. Her favourites are mindful gardening and holistic and alternative ways of wellness and regaining life balance through her HEAL programmes (Holistic Education & Learning).
