Be inspired by nature to create your own watercolor art with the guidance and expertise of a local artist, Sue Graham of Wildwood Gallery.
She will lead you to step by step to discovering your inner artist by studying the details of the uniqueness of New Zealand's nature.
The morning session is titled “Fine Feathered Friends” where you will be studying native New Zealand Birds| Ngā Manu to gain inspiration. Not only will the iconic tūi and pīwakawaka be studied but also the gorgeous kererū and other beautiful New Zealand birds.
The separate afternoon session titled “Mountain Memories” | Nga Maunga will take you on an exploration of the local mountains on paper. You will take a closer look at the multitude of plants that grow on the seemingly barren volcanoes painted with a backdrop of our dramatic mountain peaks.
