Ages 7 - 12 at the Depot Art CenterClass Description: Dive into the patterns and textures of nature and our surroundings! Create your own world from a variety of art materials and items and textures discovered outside. Harness creativity and the beauty of nature to make your imaginary world come to life through drawing, collage, rubbings, hammer prints, rock painting and more.
Teacher: Johannah Hildebrand graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a Bachelors of Fine Art in painting and book binding in 2011 and moved to Steamboat Springs shortly after. During her time in Steamboat, she instructed skiing and taught at the North Routt Preschool. She also volunteered on a handful of Steamboat Springs Arts Council committees and joined the Steamboat Art Museum Board of Directors. She is currently living in Salt Lake City where she is an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher and continues to be involved in art communities in both Salt Lake and Steamboat.
