Take part in guided talks with time for journaling and planning sessions. Enjoy lunch, snacks and water in the serene surroundings. Bring a comfortable chair, blanket and pillows - anything that will be comfortable to sit on the grass on while you journal.

Lunch, snacks and water will be provided. Feel free to bring drink mixes to add to the water bottles. No glass bottles allowed in the park.

Bring your own journal or use one of mine. Bring a book to read if that is how you want to use your individual journaling time.
