Join us to learn all about Monarch butterfliesRoaming naturalist and Environmental Educator Ann Reilly will discuss Monarch Migration, give a history of monarch tagging, and demonstrate tagging. She will wander the garden among areas where butterflies are likely to be found.
Open to families visiting gardens at no additional cost over admission. Great family program for all ages.

This roaming presentation will be held on four (4) dates in August and September.

Cost: Included with your Rotary Botanical Gardens admission fee
Adult (16+): $9
Senior (65+): $7
Active or Retired Military w/ID: $6

No advance RSVP is required — just pay your Rotary Botanical Gardens admission fee and join the roaming presentation.

About the Presenter
Ann Pedder Reilly, a naturalist educator with 50 years of experience, developed her love of nature through time spent at her uncle’s farm and grandfather’s lake cottage. A retired teacher, she has worked with all ages to explore the wonders of nature, and is also an avid gardener.
Ann has tagged Monarch butterflies and photographed bumblebees for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Known for her dynamic and educational presentations, she uses visual examples and her award-winning nature photography to enhance her lessons. Participants leave with a strong understanding of the content and a passion for continued learning, supported by handouts and reference materials.
