Did you know that Georgia has its own oyster farmers? Oyster farming is an emerging industry on the coast, and Tybee Oyster Company & ECO (Education • Community • Oysters) is leading the way. Join us to get an up-close look at sustainable, floating oyster farming in coastal Georgia. You’ll learn how aquaculture, education, and community partnerships work together to strengthen local economies, deepen one’s sense of place, and inspire action.Doors open at 6:30 pm. Lecture begins at 7 pm, with Q&A to follow. This lecture is free but we ask that you please register in advance so we can put out a chair for you!
