We live in a fascinating era: humankind has created artificial intelligence capable of learning, generating, and responding. But what about our own natural mind? Are we learning to understand it, or are we becoming increasingly disconnected from its true essence?
In this lecture, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche invites us to a profound reflection on the nature of the mind (Rigpa) and the role of consciousness in these times dominated by technology. Artificial intelligence can process information, but it cannot experience wisdom. Human beings, on the other hand, have the unique capacity to recognize their awakened mind, beyond thoughts, stimuli, and distractions.
In a hyperconnected society, our attention is fragmented, memory weakens, and the connection to our inner presence is diluted. Rinpoche will guide us to recognize how the practice of cultivating the natural, free, luminous, and conscious mind is more urgent today than ever before. Only when we train our mind and reconnect with its awakened nature can we use technology as an ally, not a substitute.
