Our vision for these photography meetups is to build and expand our portfolios, sharpen our skills both behind and in front of the camera, forge valuable connections, and create strong content to boost our social media presence and open doors to future opportunities.
Join us on July 18th at Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool for an afternoon of networking with like-minded photographers and models. Together we’ll capture beautiful fashion, beauty, and glamour images for our portfolios while exploring some of Chicago’s most scenic spots.
New to photography or modeling? No problem at all. Our principal photographer is excellent at quickly teaching the essentials for both sides of the camera. His philosophy: “Spend less time wondering how and more time doing.”
Already a seasoned photographer looking to refresh your portfolio? Come strut your stuff, shoot fresh content, and share your knowledge with others.
New or experienced model? You’re very welcome to come solo or bring a friend. Meet great people, build or expand your portfolio, and make connections for future shoots.
📌 Meetup Notes:
• Date & Time: Saturday, July 18, 2026 | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Location: 175 N State St, Chicago, IL (the alley next to the Chicago Theater)
• This is not a rotational-model shoot. Please be mindful of other photographers and allow them one-on-one time with models.
• We strongly encourage everyone to participate in the discussion section on the event page beforehand. Feel free to share pose ideas, concepts, portfolio links, and inspiration (with proper credit).
• There will be no fixed schedule for pairings or locations. All collaborations will be arranged through pre-event discussions or on-site mutual agreements.
• Please respect everyone’s personal space and boundaries at all times — especially those set by models. Clear, professional communication is expected.
• We reserve the right to remove anyone who does not respect boundaries from the event page and the meetup (including future events).
