Natural Labor Coping is perfect for first time mama’s and non-first time mama’s.This class is fun, lively and interactive. It will provide you & your birth partner with natural labor coping tools and techniques. You are guaranteed to learn something new even if you've already taken a childbirth education class or have birthed before.
This class teaches you how to use various birthing tools, such as massage balls, the birth ball, a rebozo, heat pack and essential oils. In order to ensure we have enough props available, pre-registration is required.
Cost: $50 per couple
(Prices discounted if you purchase the Prenatal Essential Package which includes Breastfeeding Basics, Natural Labor Coping and Postpartum Prep)
Participants receive 15% Discount off labor support items!
