Natural Ireland's Strongest Man and Woman 2025 February 1st and 2nd

This event will be a qualifier for the UK and Ireland's Natural Strongest Man and Woman 2025 and the beginning of the Natural Worlds Strongest Man and Woman 2025 pathway.
2025 Membership for the INSF will be required to compete at this event.
