Join us for a self-guided adventure at the Natural History Museum of Utah! Families will explore fascinating exhibits—from dinosaurs to gems, Native peoples to the Great Salt Lake—at their own pace, while still beginning the day together as a group. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to connect with science, history, and culture in an engaging, hands-on way.
Event Details
- Arrival: Please gather by 10:00 AM at the designated meeting spot. Orientation begins at 10:15 AM sharp.
- Late Arrivals: Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to pay full-price museum admission directly.
- Tour: Families may explore the museum at their own pace once orientation is complete.
- Lunch: Reserved lunch space available from 12:30–12:50 PM. Families may also bring a picnic and eat nearby.
- Departure: Please plan to leave the museum by 1:30 PM.
Participation Notes
- Free for OpenEd students and chaperones (pre-registered).
- Additional adults or siblings not included in the RSVP will be required to pay full admission at the door.
- Space is limited, so RSVP only for the number of participants in your group.
