Natural Functional Strength Class (329 Inspired)

Maintaining and building your strength is very valuable for the human animal. Strength training is an investment that will boost longevity, fertility, mobility, and metabolism and increase resistance to injury.

Strength training also allows you to maintain your independence as you get older.

Natural Functional Strength Class is focused on movements that will increase strength in natural activities. We use bodyweight, kettlebells, and maces to improve functional strength, muscle hypertrophy, and fat loss. Fishing, chopping, lifting, and combat are just an example of the types of activities that will become easier for you as you progress in the class.

You can bring your own mace or use the ones that we have. I suggest that you bring your own so you can practice on your own. The class flow will start as all 329 compliant events should. After that, we go into the training. Training will be 3 12-15 minute periods of weighted movements with 2-minute breaks in between. At the end of class, we will also offer the option of 329 compliance.

Bring inside shoes for the class or barefoot / socks.

To enter the building on street level, scroll in the directory until you find “SAKURA ARTS”. Then dial us and we will buzz you in the door. Just push the door in when you hear a soft click. Head up the stairs and turn to your right and you'll find us!

Street parking is available after 6:30 pm. There are parking lots within walking distance.
