Natural Bundle Dye Workshop
About this Event
Join me in my studio and discover how to transform plants, flowers, and even food waste into vibrant colours on silk. This beginner-friendly workshop is a perfect introduction to natural, eco-dyeing techniques that you can easily replicate at home.
During this creative, hands-on session, you’ll design and make your own naturally dyed silk scarf, experiment with handmade inks on cotton paper, and enjoy a mindful tea break in the studio/ on the balcony weather depending.
What you’ll do
- Learn the basics of natural dyeing using flowers, leaves, and food waste such as onion skins, pomegranate peel, and avocado skins.
-Create your own unique silk scarf, pre-mordanted for long-lasting, vibrant colour.
-Relax with a herbal tea while your bundles steam.
- Explore painting and drawing with natural inks on cotton handmade paper.
-Reveal the magic as you unwrap your bundle to discover the nature-made patterns on silk.

📍 Location: Kindred Studios, The Gramophone Works, 326 Kensal Road, London W10 5BZ. Studio 3.04 - I will meet you at the gate to let you in.
🗓️ Date & Time: Saturday 12th September 2026 10am - 1pm, please be early as I need to let you into the building.
💷 Cost: £45 pp (earlybird) £55 pp (full price)
