Participate in the Natoma Station Neighborhood Fall Garage Sale on Saturday, November 6, 2021, 7AM-2PM and Potluck Dinner 3-6PM at Bunny Park!

BAKED GOODS: Homemade baked goods are available for purchase. Proceeds will help support future neighborhood events.

POTLUCK DINNER: After the garage sale that day, join us for a neighborhood family-friendly picnic between 3-6pm at the Bunny Park (214 Orange Blossom Cir). Complimentary pizza and sandwiches will be provided by Marco's Pizza and Sourdough & Co. Please bring a DISH or DESSERT to share and a BOARD GAME (corn hole, horseshoe, bean bag toss, UNO, Scrabble, etc). Remember to bring lawn chairs, blankets, balls, others games, and etc. Everyone is welcome. Please invite your family and friends. We will do the raffle drawings and announce the winners at 5pm SHARP. Must be present to win!

RAFFLE TICKETS: Everyone who comes to the potluck will be given a ticket to enter the drawing. Each vendor who registered in the month of Aug and Sept to sell items at their home will be given 2 additional tickets to enter the drawing. Each vendor who registered in October and Nov will be given 1 extra ticket to enter the drawing. Each vendor who has a garage sale sign in their front yard will be given an additional raffle ticket. Email me, and I will put the garage sale sign in your front yard and drop off pricing stickers. Anyone who picks up (after 2pm, please) and brings one or more yard signs that belong to me to the potluck will be given an extra raffle ticket per yard sign. Raffle prizes include wine/cheese basket, gift cards, and etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do NOT put any signs or tape on the artwork displayed throughout our beautiful neighborhood. These artwork are unique to our neighborhood, so they need to be preserved and protected. Thank you!

SCHEDULE THAT DAY:

8:00-10:00 AM Vendors and their families are invited to stop by for a complimentary breakfast sandwich and a cup of Starbucks coffee/hot cocoa.

6:45 AM Everyone gets a map of addresses that are selling items.

7:00 AM : Finish putting out personal items in your driveway. Garage sale starts.

2:00 PM: Start cleaning up. Garage sale ends.

3:00-6:00 PM: Family-Friendly Potluck Dinner & Games at Bunny Park.

5:00 PM: Raffle Prize Drawings. Must be PRESENT to win.

5:45 PM: Clean Up
