Native Plants with Sierra Club

Discover the beauty and importance of Florida’s native plants during this special Discovering Nature Nearby program in partnership with the Sierra Club. Join us for an engaging morning of learning as experts guide you through the role native plants play in supporting pollinators, wildlife, and healthy local ecosystems.
Guests will explore the native plants found throughout the Jacksonville Arboretum & Botanical Gardens, gain a deeper understanding of how to identify and incorporate them into home landscapes, and hear from knowledgeable speakers about the benefits of choosing native species in Northeast Florida. This program offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and learn from local experts!
