FPC's Creation Care and Greenspace have partnered with the admins of Growing Natives KY - Hardin Co Swap Group to bring you the next free class in our Nurture Nature Series!Growing Natives KY, a new organization of over 350 local members, will present two classes at 10 AM and 11:30 AM on May 11 at The Hardin County Public Library (HCPL*). The speakers will introduce the concept of native plants, outline the advantages of having these plants in your environment, and explain how the organization can assist you in building a free diverse collection.
Native plants are becoming more readily available at nurseries, farmer's markets, and plant swaps. You don't want to miss this class! You'll leave feeling informed and prepared to care for native flowers, grasses, and other plants.
*HCPL is located at 100 Jim Owen Drive, Elizabethtown, KY.
