N.Y.L.T. - National Youth Leadership Training. National Youth Leadership Training is a 6 day course designed to provide Scouts with leadership skills and experiences that they can use in their home troops and other situations demanding leadership of self and others.
Parents and Scoutmasters should have an open conversation with their Scouts about this action filled training program. This opportunity focuses on the concepts of what a leader must BE, what they must KNOW, and what they must DO. Participants are provided with a toolbox of leadership skills that allow them to operate in alignment with the Scout Oath and Law in their lives. And of course, we have a LOT of fun and adventures while doing so.
