National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is an exciting, action-packed program designed to help youth develop the skills and confidence to lead effectively — both in their units and in life.
Participants will learn:
• Communication and planning skills
• Team development and problem-solving
• Goal setting and decision making
• How to lead with confidence and Scout spirit
Who can attend:
• Scouts BSA and Venturing youth who meet age and rank requirements (see registration details)
• Must have approval from the Scoutmaster of the home Troop or Advisor of the home Crew
