We invite you to join the Vineyard Worship team and some very special guests for our National Worship Leader Retreat 2022!
Nestled in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina, distractions from everyday life fall away as worship leaders from all over the country come together to experience a greater sense of community and the wonder of creation in this awe-inspiring location.
Evenings will include scripture-soaked inspirational talks from our very special guests, along with corporate times of worship & ministry.
Mornings will include a time of worship and a corporate spiritual direction exercise or devotional moment, followed by small group prayer time.
In the afternoon you can attend training workshops, enjoy an outdoor activity alone or with a group, make an appointment with one of our Spiritual Directors, stroll through town or take a nap. The choice is yours!
Every moment of this event is designed to allow space for engagement with the broader worship community as well as space to encounter the Living God. We pray that this retreat is a place for the Lord to impart fresh vision and encouragement into your life, leadership, and ministry.

What is this retreat about? Within this 3-day event, we will worship together, pray for one another, share resources, make new friends, and connect with the Lord, all while surrounded by the majestic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our main goal is to provide a place of refreshing, renewal, and connection for you, the worship leader. Our hope is that through this retreat, you will have the space needed to gain fresh vision and encouragement for your life and ministry. This event is not intended to be a "consumer-driven" event, so come ready to share and receive. There is such a wealth of resources that God has deposited in each one of us. We need each other; giving and receiving.
What is included in the cost of registration? The prices listed are the cost for ONE individual registration and include 3 nights of lodging, 8 meals (dinner on Wednesday through breakfast Saturday), and conference fees. Please note that travel is NOT included in the price of any registration.
Who can attend? If you are a worship leader or involved in worship ministry, we invite you to join us! This includes senior or main service worship leaders, staff worship leaders, small group worship leaders, music directors, worship pastor/coordinators, worship musicians, and youth worship leaders! Spouses are also welcome to attend but will need to register as well.
What are my room options? We have three different room options available. Premium Rooms with one King bed, Standard rooms with two queen beds, and "Economy Rooms" with 1 queen bed and two sets of bunks. If you want a private room all to yourself, you can register at the "Single Room" rate in a premium or standard room. If you'd like to share a private room with one other person, you will EACH need to register at the "Double Room" rate (either Premium or Standard). If you want to save some money, register for an Economy room and you will be placed in a room with 3-4 other persons of the same gender. If I register at the "Double" or "Economy" room rate, do I need to register enough people to fill the room? No! If you’d like to register at the "Double" or "Economy" room rate and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to place you with a roommate (or more in the economy rooms!).
Do I need to know my roommates before I register? No. When you register you will see a space that allows you to make roommate requests and we do our best to accommodate these requests. However, if you’d like to register for a double room or economy room and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you with a wonderful new friend (or more in the economy rooms!).
What meals are covered in the cost? Your registration fee includes meals on-site at the conference center. Dinner on Wednesday, all three meals on Thursday and Friday, and breakfast on Saturday.
What if I have dietary restrictions? When you complete your registration, you will see a space to enter any dietary restrictions you may have. Our team will submit all of these dietary restrictions to the conference center prior to our arrival. The conference center will do its best to accommodate most dietary restrictions, however, if you have any specific requirements/concerns, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
What if something comes up and I have to cancel? Please note that there is a $100 cancellation fee until September 1st. After September 1st we will no longer give refunds or take cancellations.
