To celebrate National Tree Day (28 July), we welcome you to our community planting day to improve the biodiversity along Smokers Creek, Hanging Rock. Council’s Conservation and Reserves Officer will discuss the importance of local habitat and how restoration works in the Macedon Ranges can enhance biodiversity for local species.
Please note that this event is not suitable for children under 10. Adult supervision is required for children over 10.
As this is an outdoor event, please wear sturdy shoes and warm clothing, and bring along water and gardening gloves.
