Trauma survivors, friends, and family are invited to join Reading Hospital Trauma Department on Tuesday, May 14, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. for a free screening of the movie Full Circle: a story of post-traumatic growth. Trevor Kennison’s life changed in an instant when he broke his back snowboarding in the Colorado backcountry. The film follows Trevor on his journey as he adapts to his new reality. Despite setbacks from secondary injuries, an unsupportive family, and the tiresome reality of living with spinal cord injury, Trevor finds himself a career as a professional skier and redefines disability on a global scale.
The event will also include a panel discussion. Snacks will be provided.
