Join us at the best place for train watching - the Shaidzon Beer Garden - to celebrate the anniversary of the pounding of the Golden spike in Promontory, Utah, which marked the completion of the first transcontinental railroad in the U.S.! It's National Train Day! We party it up with a day filled with Northeast Regional trains honking and waving, and Acela Express trains zooming by. Try to get those conductors honking! Plus live music from Sinner's Pie and food from Hank's Down South for a little Americana/folk/bluegrass and BBQ to match that theme of riding the rails. -
